Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TopTenArr (the "Software") and the website at toptenarr.com. By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. What TopTenArr is
TopTenArr is a free, open-source, self-hosted application that reads public streaming Top 10 charts and builds them into Plex collections on your own Plex server. You run it on your own hardware. Optional Radarr/Sonarr integration can request titles you don't already have.
2. Beta software, provided "as is"
TopTenArr is currently in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that charts, matches, or syncs will always be accurate.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own Plex server, media library, and any Radarr/Sonarr instances you connect, and for complying with the terms of those services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of any content is lawful in your jurisdiction. TopTenArr organizes references to titles in your library; it does not host, stream, or distribute any media.
- You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and device secure.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of TopTenArr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, media, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software — even if advised of the possibility. Because the Software is free, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
5. Pricing & donations
TopTenArr is free during beta and donation-supported. Some services may require a beta/Pro key during testing; any future pricing will be disclosed before it applies. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
6. Open source
The Software is open source and distributed under the license stated in its source repository. Those license terms govern your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the code.
7. Changes & termination
We may update the Software and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it.
8. No affiliation
TopTenArr is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plex or any streaming service (see disclaimer below).
